The Happy [xxx] Lab handbook

Thanks for taking a look on this book. It is very flattering that you want to know more about the Happy [xxx] Labs. Please bare in mind this handbook is just a guideline and what really matters is you and how you translate our words into your reality and implement them into practice.
The handbook is a collection of the basic elements we believe is needed to set up a Happy [xxx] Lab. Both on a practical level and on a mindset level.
The book is divided into three sections: Purpose, Architecture of Collaboration and Fertile Ground. Purpose is about our theory of change. Architecture of Collaboration is all about the structural setup and frame for running a Lab. Fertile ground is all about how do we show up, create an individual learning journey and community engagement.
If you are interested in going a step deeper we recommend you to read the learning journal from the Happy [Bern] Lab. It is a collection of the different concept that has been explored in the house in Bern.
