External communication

These days it is easy to follow the streamlined thinking, that the more we communicate the better it is. Instead try to reflect about how do you want your communication to feel like? How you communicate is also a signal to your community about how you want your community to engage with you, so ask yourself, what kind of engagement do you want, quality vs quantity etc.
We believe that the strength of a Happy [xxx] Lab is its focus on profound relationships with each and every individual in our community. Therefore we encourage to keep mass-communication to a minimum and come up with creative and personal solutions when reaching out and foster relationships instead of costumers.

A few focus-areas to keep in mind for your communication are:

Beauty.
Personal relationship.
Relevance.
