Co-here, co-root and co-spire
We want to challenge the way we currently are spending time. We saw on ourselves how easy it was to get lost in work, meetings and appointments and neglect and forget to care for ourselves and others. To change this and experiment with a more holistic approach have a divided our time into three equally big and equally important chunks; co-here, co-root and co-spire.
Co-here
By making time and space to listen to our patterns and beliefs, we are able to be more fully present in each moment. Establishing fertile grounds brings us closer and closer to coherence, where systems of the heart, mind, and spirit work together in perfect harmony rather than in opposition.
Investing in personal transformation and involves many practices of inner work such as journaling, meditation and yoga. Including a broader set of regenerative practices in this element, such as sports, the arts and nutrition, as well as healing practices like massages, thermal baths, float tanks or sweat lodges
Co-rooting
To have a well functioning Happy [xxx] Lab it is important to invest time and money into strengthen connections and deepen trust by getting to know each other first and foremost on a human-to-human level. Spend more quality time with friends and strangers without a personal agenda, ultimatum or objectives. These vital connections are the essential pathway for relationship building, communication and aligning on frequencies.
Investing in relationships unconditionally builds real resiliency, not only for individuals, but also at the level of communities. When crisis hits and it really matters, we will have real relationships to count on and the required skills to communicate with differently-minded people.
Therefore we really encourage to take it serious and value this time. Continue to keep the weekly rituals alive and create new ones when needed. It sounds simple but it isn't easy because we more at used to prioritise doing then being with others can come in second place and this mindshift transformation will take.

Building upon relations to yourself and connecting deeply with others, the natural tension in us for achieving great things together rises. And it is easier to achieve things with friends.
