Fertile ground

Fertile ground is all about how do we show up, create an individual learning journey and community engagement.
We actively ask ourselves, how do we show up for ourselves and how do we show up for the rest of the world? How do we take responsibility for our personal development, and make sure the ground is fertile to assist personal learning journeys?
How do we want to engage with the surrounding community and what is our intention?

Often we create all kinds of structures and support systems for how to work together. We believe we also need support and structure in order to remember to be together and create a fertile ground where human relationships can grow from.

This is a frame for human thriving and balance between the being and doing. Often we don't prioritise "being" because we are so good at doing that it has become our go to state of mind. We need to relearn how to be with ourelves and others.

This is the way it works...the fertile ground is the canvas that asks us to think about what is our agreements, our mutual trust, our support structures and our ground for challenging each other. As a mushroom the fertile ground is a living, organic and circular cyclus of change.
